1. Kurt (Chris Colfer) from Glee
He went for audition for a character in wheelchair (Arty) but turned out he's so special that the crew not only hired him but created a whole new character specially for him.
2. Andy Serkis who played Caesar in the rise of the planet of apes. He also played Gollum in the lord of the ring and King Kong which he spent 3 months in forest to observe monkeys. He became an expert actor for motion capture techniques.
